WILD RIVERS.
We operate on over 300 miles of river flowing through the coastal plain of eastern North Carolina. The Tar, Neuse, and Roanoke Rivers provide us with three unique rivers that offer something for every angler. Each river hosts unique migrations of Striped Bass and American & Hickory Shad. These rivers are not only known for their migratory fisheries but also their resident Largemouth Bass, Gar, Bowfin, and numerous panfish species.
The fish are not the only things that call our rivers home. You can expect to encounter a multitude of wildlife on your trip from beavers and river otters, to bald eagles and eastern turkeys.

Explore hundreds of miles of scenic rivers home to a variety of resident & migratory gamefish that offer great fishing all year long. We access these rivers in a variety of powerboats ranging from 16' to 20' set up with fly anglers in mind. We provide all our guests with high-quality fly and conventional tackle that is specifically suited for our fishing situations. We welcome anglers of all skill levels and pride ourselves on helping our guests further their fishing knowledge and skill.
We offer trips targeting American & Hickory Shad, Striped Bass, Largemouth Bass, and a number of other warm-water species. We offer a variety of trip formats during the year and are also happy to build a customized trip around any needs you may have. Our guide staff is focused on two things; helping you enjoy your time on the water, and progressing your skills as an angler.
Most folks don't have a ton of time to spend on the water, our guides are here to help you make the most of the time you do have. We do our best to put anglers in front of as many fish as possible while also providing patient and experienced guides to coach you through every step.
Our goal is not only to help you catch fish but also to help you understand why you are catching those fish. When you take a trip with us we aim to leave you with a more complete understanding of fishing. So the next time you're out fishing- whether it's by yourself in a small pond, or on a great adventure somewhere far and exotic- you will have more knowledge and more confidence to help you enjoy that experience.

A successful day on the water isn't just about catching fish. We do our best to make your guided trip with us an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step onto one of our boats, everything is taken care of. We provide high-quality fly and conventional tackle along with a wide selection of hand-tied flies and productive lures.
We don't just provide the tackle- our guide's coolers are stocked with complimentary craft brews from our friends at HopFly Brewing Co. and incredible lunches prepared by hand. On many of our trips, you will also have the option of a shore lunch prepared by your guide featuring local ingredients from around eastern North Carolina.
